The Orlando Magic will be without Rashard Lewis for the first 10 games of the 2009-2010 season
The NBA has suspended 30-year old power forward Rashard Lewis for the first 10 games of the NBA season for testing positive for the steroid DHEA. Lewis played in 79 games (all starts) for the Magic last season and he averaged 36.2 minutes, 17.7 points, 5.7 rebounds, 2.6 assists and 1.0 steal per game. The Magic will use Brandon Bass and Marcin Gortat at power forward while Lewis is out of action.
